I hold degrees in Criminal Justice, Christian Studies, and Social Work, and I’m a licensed social worker with experience providing mental health treatment in Philadelphia.I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and low self-esteem. My approach is client-centered, meaning I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic space where you feel heard, valued, and supported.By exploring your past and understanding how it shapes your present, I help you uncover patterns and develop practical strategies for change. I also incorporate solution-focused techniques to guide you toward clear, achievable goals.My therapeutic style blends cognitive-behavioral tools, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and whole-person wellness.
